We have been manufacturing custom high-end wood windows for over 30 years in the Pacific Northwest.
We are launching a new product line and rapidly expanding our market, and we need talented, new team members to join our current crew - some of whom have been with the company for over 20 years! Our woodworkers are responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality control standards and project specifications.
Successful candidates in this role possess basic math skills, problem solving acumen and have a demonstrated knowledge of OSHA/WISHA safety standards.

What We Offer:
The pay range for this position is $20.
00 - $33.
00 per hour.
We start employees in our Woodworker I position at $20 - $23.
25 per hour (depending on experience) and offer performance-based raises.
Employees earn Paid Time off (PTO).
In your first year its 1 hour / every hour worked up to 6.
5 days or 52 hours annually.
In the following year, you'll earn 10 days or 80 hours of PTO.
And in years 3
you'll earn 15 days or 120 hours of PTO.
In addition to PTO we have 7 Paid Holidays plus your Birthday as paid holiday.

Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools, and automated equipment Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product Perform light fabrication (drill holes, measure, cut, saw) for product sub-assembly Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to the production lines Cross-train on multiple jobs (milling, sanding, framing, assembly, doors, glazing & finaling
Qualifications:
General computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets Detail-oriented and reliable Experience with power tools (routers, chop saws, etc.
) preferred Ability to communicate in oral or written English Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50
lbs.
multiple times a day.
Ability to work in a dusty environment and on uneven terrain.
Ability to walk, crouch, kneel, stand, without reasonable accommodation for 8
hours per day.
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
