- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Provide information about products, packages, and services - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Manage bookings and service providers schedules - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures - Collaborate with our team to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Knowledge of spa products and services is a plus We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career advancement.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
