Responsibilities:
Fit and weld aluminum boat parts as part of a custom vessel Fit boat kit parts with geometry that has been refined for 25 years.
Weld structural and seems using C/V MIG techniques.
Fit and frame all boat fixtures, including Decks, Lockers, Wheelhouse, Pipework, etc.
Weld all topside fixtures using C/V MIG and PULSED MIG techniques.
Qualifications:
- Basic contruction skills Ability to troubleshoot Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus Knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols is a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings You should be proficient in:
Blueprint Reading Welding Setups for Production Machines & technologies you'll use:

$28 - $40 / hr Recommended Skills Blueprinting Communication Geometry Manufacturing Problem Solving Safety Principles Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
