As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary Mix paint and other materials to achieve the desired color and consistency Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint by following established techniques Inspect finished surfaces for defects and make necessary touch-ups or repairs Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed Qualifications Prior experience as a Paint Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and materials Ability to mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them Salary info:
