To ensure success, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail.
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 5
years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Human Resource experience a plus Good communication skills Detail oriented Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines Responsibilities include:
Payroll processing for 15-20 employees weekly Accounts Receivable review and management Accounts Payable entry and management Balance General Ledger Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax reports Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports Prepare year end tax data for CPA Strategize financial planning and forecasting with management team If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for numbers, we would like to hear from you.
