HR/Payroll Coordinator

Legend Brands now hiring a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator at our Burlington WA location. Person will perform both payroll and HR-related duties by providing administrative support to human resources department and end to end payroll processing. Candidates must have proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, have an attention to detail and meet deadlines.

Candidates must have the flexibility to occasionally work holidays/weekends/evenings as needed to ensure timely processing of payroll.

Prior payroll experience required. Prior HR experience preferred. BA or AA preferred. High School Diploma, and at least 3 years of progressive experience in business.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
