Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Service Lines, the Surgical Services Manager oversee a busy 16 OR Perioperative Services Department and a tenured team. This person will be directly supported by a Surgery Nurse supervisor, and will oversee a diverse team which includes CNOR Operating Room RNs and Surgical Technologists who take care of circulating and scrubbing, a Perioperative Charge RN, and other support staff. You ll also have the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience while supporting the OR Director in managing the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).

Averaging about 700 procedures per month, the Perioperative Services Department in this hospital is one of the busiest in the region. This is even more exceptional when you learn that the nearly 100 FTEs led by the OR Nursing Manager, have been recognized as high performing in a large number of procedures. The OR (Operating Room) Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee a broad range of procedures that include OB-GYN, Orthopedic, ENT, Podiatry, Cardiac, and General Surgery.
