Vehicle Description 1968 Chevrolet SS Camaro Convertible.
DGC 6850 VIN 124678N396850.
This is one beautiful Camaro.
Everyone that comes in to see this car is amazed at how nice the paint is.
The owner said that he couldn't tell us a paint code or color name, but everyone asks him.
I would describe the paint as a blue with a hint of purple.
The owner did say that the paint is 4 layers of metallic, 2 coats of pearl, and 4 coats of clear.
The paint has been on the car for 18 years and if you saw it in person you'd think it was freshly painted.
The car has never been in the rain since its restoration.
The engine is a stroker producing 400 horsepower and has Vortec heads.
Automatic transmission.
Power steering.
Power Brakes.
The engine has less than 2500 miles on it.
New stainless exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers.
The interior is just as nice as the exterior.
The undercarriage is in great shape.
We did find one bad spot on the under side, the right rear floor pan where you would put your feet has a patch.
This is the only spot we found.
I could go on about this car, but I think I covered how incredible it is.
The owner takes it to a few cars shows every year and has the trophies to prove it, but he wants to let someone else enjoy his car.
