Vehicle Description 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu DGC7084 VIN 136370R217084 It's all original paint except the hood as they added that scoop way back and the rest of the paint is absolutely beautiful.
Now has four wheel disc brakes, 94,000 original miles.
Four owner car.
The second owner bought the Chevelle in 1973 with about 40k miles.
The third owner is the cousin of the second owner and he took possession of the Chevelle in 1977.
We bought the car from the 4th owner and he has owned it since 2012.
The gas tank was replaced years ago and it looks brand new like it was just done.
Also has bucket seats now and it's a four-speed.
The buckets and 4 speed are both rare options for a Malibu.
One other rare option is the rear window defrost.
The original bucket seats were replaced with 1971 Pontiac Grand Prix leather seats.
The clutch is believed to be the original.
The engine is the original block and has never been rebuilt.
The engine has been modified with a cam out of a 350HP 327 Corvette engine and it runs strong.
This car has been well cared for and we were told that it has never been in the rain.
